Co-VP of Fundraising

 

Service Commitment

  • Serves a minimum of two consecutive years
  • Shares or divides responsibilities with Co-VP of Fundraising
  • Attends monthly Board Meetings and General Membership Meetings

 

Summer Planning & Transition

  • Meets with Co-Presidents (early July) to review the proposed annual budget and outline the scope and timeline for fundraising initiatives
  • Collaborates with Co-Presidents to plan the launch of the Beaver Builder Fund

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates both passive and active fundraising campaigns
  • Promotes fundraising events and programs across all PTA communication channels
  • Oversees key programs: PTA Memberships, School Supplies Kits, Spirit Wear, Bucky’s Boulder, Book Fair, and Business Outreach
  • Offers support to Chairs when needed
  • Manages responsibilities within the assigned budget
  • Reports to Co-Presidents

 

Events & Programs

  • Plans and oversees the launch of the Beaver Builder Fund at Open House
  • Plans and oversees one major fundraiser during the first semester (Read-a-Thon or similar)
  • Plans and oversees mini-fundraisers and passive-fundraising programs and partnerships throughout the year
