Service Commitment

  • Serves a minimum of two consecutive years
  • Manages digital communications 
  • Attends monthly Board Meetings and General Membership Meetings

Summer Planning & Transition

  • Meets with Co-Presidents (late June) to train on PTA's digital platform
  • Sends the "Welcome Back-to-School" newsletter (mid-July)
  • Sends the "Open House Reminder" newsletter (late July)

Core Responsibilities

  • Creates and distributes weekly Beaver Blast newsletters
  • Reviews past newsletters to prompt event reminders and monthly highlights
  • Submits newsletter drafts to Lead Co-President for review and approval
  • Sends event reminders when prompted by Co-Presidents
  • Designs event flyers and promotional materials when needed
  • Ensures consistency of PTA messaging across all digital platforms
  • Provides proactive promotional support for PTA news, events, and initiatives
  • Shares major event documents with the Community Advocate Committee’s ESL Chairs
  • Reports to Co-Presidents
