Volunteer Coordinator

This role focuses on organizing and sharing volunteer opportunities—through SignUpGenius—and making sure events and committees have the support they need to run smoothly. It’s about keeping things clear, organized, and easy for families to step into where help is needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Uses Sign-Up Genius platform to solicit volunteers for PTA-related events
• Coordinates closely with the Room Parent Coordinator, VPs, and Committee Chairs to create SUGs
• Reports to the VPs of Communication and Family Engagement
